Surface Preparation:
The surface must be clean, dry, and degreased, thoroughly cleaned of dust, dirt, rust, oils, grease, peeling paint. When used on metal, we recommend first treating the area with an anti-corrosion primer.
Application of Rubber Paint:
Thoroughly mix the paint container to achieve a uniform consistency. The paint is applied with a brush, roller, or spray gun to the prepared surface.
Mix the paint thoroughly before application. Apply the paint at an air and surface temperature from +10 ºС to +30 ºС and a maximum relative air humidity of 80%. After completing the preparation, you can start applying the coating.
Apply the paint in 2-3 layers. The first layer is the base. After the first layer, check that the surface does not contain any untreated areas, edges, and corners. All hard-to-reach areas need to be thoroughly covered. Each subsequent layer is applied only after the previous layer has completely dried (about 2 hours). The final layer allows for a uniform surface and improves its protective properties.
Do not apply paint in direct sunlight, strong wind, frost, or rain. The resulting surface should not come into contact with rain and temperatures below freezing for the next 8 hours after application.
After Application:
Clean tools and equipment with water, solvent or special cleaner. Store in a dry and cool place at a temperature from +5°C to +35°C.
Warning:
Do not inhale fumes and ensure that the area where you apply the paint is well-ventilated.
